How much commission is payable to purchase new private property and resale private property?

For purchase of new private property direct from developer — No commission is payable by you to us.

How does the property purchasing journey work?

For purchase of new private property, we will secure an appointment for sales gallery viewing. New property launches by developers occur throughout the year, and each new property launch has its advantages and disadvantages. With our in-house expertise, we are able to provide factual information and analysis that will assist you with your decision making. But more often than not, your decision to buy new private property are due to unique circumstances such as preference for certain locations, proximity to mode of transportation, such as MRT or even near popular schools.

Once you determine your preferred property, we will guide you on the paperwork involved, including connecting you with your preferred lawyer firm and bank for discussion in relation to conveyancing and mortgage loan respectively.

What is Buyer's eligibility?

Buyers who are buying a private property must not be HDB flat owners who are still serving their Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of a HDB flat. If the buyer is a foreigner, he will not be able to purchase a restricted property (i.e. landed residential house) without approval from the Land Dealings Approval Unit.

What is progressive payment?

Payment of the purchase price for a building under construction according to the staged construction progress.
